Senior Product Operations Manager

Assembly Software provides legal practice management software through its Neos platform and related products. The Senior Product Operations Manager will improve how the Product organization plans, prioritizes, launches, and learns by building leadership scorecards, managing launch readiness, improving cross-functional processes, and using AI in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build the scorecards leadership can read without asking anyone for an update
• Run the readiness process that makes sure Sales and Customer Success know what's shipping before it ships
• Use AI daily in how you actually work, not as a line in a strategy deck
• Look at how Product, Engineering, and Design work together and identify exactly what's slowing them down
• Fix operational issues, whether or not they were technically your job
• Move comfortably between a spreadsheet and a hard conversation with a VP about why a process needs to change
• Know when to retire your own mechanism because it's stopped earning its place
