The role serves as a primary client contact, supports travel advisors with reservations and trip coordination, and provides timely assistance throughout the travel planning process in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and travel-related requests
• Work alongside travel advisors to coordinate reservations and trip details
• Assist with scheduling, confirmations, itinerary updates, and follow-up communications
• Provide accurate information and timely support throughout the planning process
• Maintain organized client records and booking documentation
• Help ensure travel arrangements are accurate and ready before departure
• Deliver professional, friendly service while creating a seamless client experience
