Sales Account Executive

Sweetums is a sensory beauty brand focused on making connection easy, convenient, and playful through innovative self-care and intimacy products. The Account Executive will lead sales efforts targeting boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and high-end spas while managing the full sales lifecycle, attending industry trade shows, and analyzing retail metrics to support partner success.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead our sales efforts targeting boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and high-end spas
• You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and high-impact presentations to attending industry trade shows and analyzing retail metrics to ensure our partners succeed

Requirements:

• • Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a healthy sales pipeline
• • Candidates should possess effective Account Management capabilities to oversee existing accounts, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities
• • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, persuasive verbal and written interactions with customers and internal teams
• • Candidates should possess Relationship Building skills to establish trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive brand experience
• • Experience in CPG, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce sales, especially with DTC, Amazon, or national retail accounts, is highly beneficial
• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or account management
• • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets
• • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Hubspot), sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and inform sales strategy is preferred
