Growth Marketer

Obble is seeking a Growth Marketer to increase awareness and own measurable growth outcomes. The role focuses on inbound marketing, content creation, experimentation, analytics, and launch activities targeting agency owners, recruiting leaders, and staffing communities.

Responsibilities:

• Own inbound: the site, the content, search, and the email that follows
• Write. Not brief a writer, write. The best material here comes from talking to recruiters and reporting back honestly
• Run experiments with an outcome you predicted in advance, and stop the ones that fail
• Build the launch motion for LinkedIn and the communities where staffing people actually talk

Requirements:

• Two or more years in growth or content marketing for a B2B software product
• Writing samples you are proud of and will stand behind
• Comfort with analytics: you can tell a real signal from noise at low volume
• Technical SEO, lifecycle email, or paid experimentation
• You have marketed to recruiters, agencies, or HR buyers
