Customer Service Representative

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is a family-owned home services company serving its community for more than 40 years. The company is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries, provide information about services, schedule repairs, and accurately collect and enter customer information.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide information about products and services
• Assist customers with scheduling repairs/services
• Collects and data enters information accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior customer service or call center experience
