CSV Customer Service Representative III

Russell Tobin is hiring a Customer Service Representative III for a healthcare company in a fully remote role. The position manages customer orders from entry through delivery, responds to product and pricing inquiries, handles complaints and shipping issues, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Handles order entry, order status, product information inquiries, complaints, pricing, shipping, inventory requests, and related issues
• Communicates clearly and professionally with external customers and internal company personnel by telephone and/or written correspondence
• Manages worklists, including raising internal tickets to address issues and concerns related to order management, shipping/tracking, product inquiries, and pricing/invoicing
• Manages the customer order process from entry through delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution or High School Diploma with 6 years of Customer Service experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience
• Previous/current Healthcare Customer Service Experience
• ERP system experience
• Experience with cross-functional project leadership preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in cross-functional groups and with internal and external customers
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems
