SAP Sales Executive - Large Enterprise/Life Sciences - Remote

NTT DATA North America is a leading business and technology services provider, and they are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in the Life Sciences Industry. The role involves building relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with various teams to enhance NTT DATA's position as a trusted SAP transformation partner.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Life Sciences Industry BU leaders to build revenue plans, identify key target accounts, and lead the SAP practice relationship with the BU. Establish a regular interlock cadence and bring a clear SAP transformation story that builds confidence, improves account collaboration, and creates new opportunities across BU-owned client relationships
• Develop relationships with SAP account executives and SAP Life Sciences industry leaders and leverage those relationships to expand NTT DATA's business through a consultative, transformation-led approach
• Serve as the executive lead for select, strategic SAP LS accounts including client and LS BU relationship management, account growth strategy, seller coaching, delivery alignment, and pursuit shaping in partnership with the broader NTT DATA account team
• Act as an executive enabler and coach across LS accounts by supporting sellers and delivery teams, improving client executive messaging, strengthening pursuit readiness, and helping teams position NTT DATA as a leading SAP transformation partner
• Partner with the Life Sciences industry BU leaders to define what is required to grow the SAP LS business, including priority offers, target accounts, net new logo opportunities, pipeline development, account plans, and repeatable growth plays across the LS Industry portfolio
• Work with LS Industry BU leaders, regional sellers, delivery management, internal technical teams, SAP, and other partners to align client needs, NTT DATA capabilities, and pursuit strategies for broader client business and service improvements
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, SAP ecosystem priorities, S/4HANA transformation, AI, cloud, and new technologies to identify new opportunities and competitive threats
• Support portfolio growth priorities, maintain visibility to key account plans and pipeline activity, and provide regular updates on BU interlock, strategic account progress, net new opportunities, and growth actions

Requirements:

• 15+ years' experience including SAP solutions and enterprise transformation services, large account growth, enterprise applications, and leading complex technology or transformation solutions
• Prefer experience working across the executive leadership team, sales, GTM and solutioning, as well as offshore/onshore delivery teams
• A strong understanding of SAP solutions and related services such as ERP, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Customer Experience, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, deployment, modernization, transformation, and managed services
• A consultative, executive-level approach to identify client priorities, shape transformation opportunities, and position solutions that drive business value
• Excellent communication, presentation, executive facilitation, and influencing skills to engage senior executives, BU leaders, sales teams, delivery leaders, SAP teams, and complex buying committees
• Strong oral and written communications skills both internally and externally
• The ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, SAP sales teams, LS Industry BU teams, regional sellers, and internally within NTT DATA
• The ability to develop strategic plans to identify and pursue growth opportunities, target accounts, net new logos, and differentiated SAP transformation plays
• Skill in using CRM software (Salesforce.com) and related account planning tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain visibility to growth priorities
• 15+ years' enterprise experience including SAP solutions and enterprise transformation services, enterprise applications, strategic account growth, and leading complex technology or transformation solutions
• 10 years of IT Services, SAP, enterprise applications, consulting, transformation, or strategic growth leadership background
