Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Bodywear team as an Executive – Administration. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure seamlessly delivering all tasks pertaining to payroll, attendance, employee relations, recruitment, HR services and other related HR functions driving the operations unit. Ensures compliance and alignment to Group and legislative polices/procedures whilst driving an engaged working environment. Also, the person will bear responsibility for the central cluster HR processes for the Intimates organization for executive and managers in the Payroll and administrative functions whilst directly liaising with GHR and operational units in ensuring perfect delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage HR and administrative processes, including attendance tracking, fingerprint registration, employee records, leave, absenteeism, incentives, and EPF/ETF documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee data, salary records, and compliance with authorization and audit requirements.
Prepare and submit statutory reports, including EPF/ETF, BOI, payroll summaries, salary reconciliations, and other management reports within deadlines.
Maintain employee documentation and HR data systems with complete accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Support employee relations initiatives by addressing grievances, participating in JCC activities, and promoting a positive work environment.
Monitor workforce metrics such as headcount, absenteeism, and employee turnover, using data-driven insights to support operational goals.
Coordinate staff welfare programs and HR services, collaborating with vendors and service providers to enhance employee experience.
Support recruitment activities through internal and external hiring campaigns, job bank coordination, and workforce planning initiatives.
Drive process improvements and implement innovative HR solutions to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, including company events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Promote a positive workplace culture through continuous improvement practices, quality initiatives, and problem-solving methodologies.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Business Management / Human Resources or any other relevant field.
1 - 2 year of experience in relevant field.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Computer literacy skills.
Critical thinking and flexibility.
Ability to work well with technology.
