Technical Project Manager

Minfy is a company focused on Intelligent Data Applications, and they are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery coordination across engineering, product, and platform workstreams. The role involves managing dependencies, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that programs stay on track while addressing risks and technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery coordination across engineering, product, design, OEMs and business stakeholders, ensuring milestones, scope, and sequencing stay aligned to the program plan
• Drive planning, review, and retrospective ceremonies where needed to keep cross-team delivery synchronized
• Identify slippage early, drive mitigation plans, and re-baseline schedules when scope or dependencies shift
• Coordinate release and deployment readiness across teams, ensuring cross-team handoffs are clean and tracked
• Maintain a live cross-team dependency map, identifying blocking and at-risk dependencies before they impact delivery
• Facilitate cross-team resolution of blocking dependencies, escalating early when timelines are at risk
• Own the program's risk and issue register, driving mitigation ownership and follow-through to closure
• Track critical-path items across workstreams and flag schedule risk proactively to leadership
• Own the steering committee (SteerCo) cadence: prepare materials, drive the agenda, and facilitate decision-making with senior stakeholders
• Translate delivery status, risks, and technical trade-offs into clear, decision-ready narratives for executive and client stakeholders
• Track and follow up on SteerCo actions and decisions, ensuring accountability across the program
• Manage escalations by presenting options and recommendations, not just raw status
• Own program-level status reporting, including RAG status, milestone tracking, and risk dashboards across all workstreams
• Establish and maintain a consistent reporting cadence and format across stakeholder groups (executive, client, delivery team)
• Ensure reporting reflects ground truth by working directly with engineering leads and workstream owners, not only self-reported status
• Produce concise executive summaries that separate signal from noise for leadership consumption
• Engage in architecture and engineering discussions with sufficient technical depth to ask the right questions, identify risk, and represent technical nuance accurately to non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with technical leads and architects to understand solution design at a conceptual level, without owning hands-on implementation or architecture decisions
• Translate technical risks, such as integration complexity, technical debt, or performance risk, into business-facing risk and schedule impact
• Support technical reviews and design discussions as a program-level participant, ensuring decisions are documented and tied back to delivery impact

Requirements:

• Significant experience in technical program management, delivery management, or a related program/project leadership role
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-team, multi-workstream delivery programs, including dependency and risk management
• Experience running steering committee or executive governance forums, including stakeholder management and decision facilitation
• Strong reporting and communication skills, able to produce clear, accurate, decision-ready status reporting for technical and non-technical audiences
• L200-level technical fluency: able to engage meaningfully in architecture and engineering discussions (e.g., APIs, cloud infrastructure, data flows, integration patterns) without requiring hands-on coding or architecture ownership
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority
• Experience with program and project tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent)
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or an equivalent program/project management certification
• Experience in cloud-native or AWS-based engineering environments
• Experience managing programs involving AI-enabled or data-intensive platforms
• Experience working directly with client or executive stakeholders in a consulting or professional-services environment
