Upserve is hiring a Customer Lifecycle & Automations Manager to help optimize and automate the systems, processes, and workflows that support the entire customer journey, from lead management and onboarding through retention, renewals, and expansion. In this role, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams to improve lifecycle visibility, streamline operations, and drive scalable growth through automation.
