Digital Marketing Manager

Arkestro is a hyper-growth company that applies AI and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital marketing campaigns and channels, driving growth and brand visibility through hands-on execution and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, SEO, paid advertising)
• Execute SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings (Google, LinkedIn, Supply Chain / Procurement digital sites)
• Manage and update the Arkestro website, including optimizing landing pages and website content for conversions; and, analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain lead funnels and nurturing workflows in CRM tools e.g. HubSpot
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Content Syndication Ads)
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to guide day-to-day optimizations
• Coordinate with digital marketing consultants to execute and deliver against team priorities
• Ensure consistent brand voice and design across all channels, maintaining a unified and cohesive identity in all marketing materials and communications
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to wear multiple hats, stepping in to support high-priority initiatives beyond core responsibilities

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years experience working in digital marketing, ideally for a SaaS company
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (Hubspot is a must)
• Experience with Intent Marketing platforms such as Zoominfo, Clay, etc
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a hyper-growth stage company and passion to work with disruptive technology
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Exhibit a keen eye for detail in designing documents, website layouts, ads, and social media cards, ensuring visually appealing and on-brand assets
