Marketing Manager - Digital Marketing Solutions

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is an industry leader in website design solutions targeting the healthcare, legal, and accounting sectors. They are seeking a Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and improve lead quality.

Responsibilities:

• Be an advisor and hands-on as an individual contributor and coach across digital marketing strategies and various verticals
• Build client acquisition plans for ideal client profile; budgets, measurements, targets, etc
• Interpret strategies to enable marketing managers, writers and designers to seamlessly execute
• Prioritize set goals by confidence and predicted impact and cost
• Create a rhythm of operation; planning, standups, post-mortems
• Conduct A/B/MV testing, cultivate flow and systemize
• Over time improve efficiency by building compounding loops
• Achieve company goals and ensure success by defining objectives and key results
• Prepare reports, monitoring vertical health, strategies and execution
• Enforce tracking standards and sustain quality of data
• Collaborate on lead management and accuracy of forecasts
• Ensure brand guidelines, consent and privacy compliance
• Collaborate with other depts. on product messaging, offers, launches, pitch materials, etc
• In partnership with Sales, maintain decision logs, playbooks and Service-Level Agreements (SLA)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Min. 5+ years of digital marketing and/or growth marketing experience with ownership of leads, demand and B2B SaaS conversion
• Experience with funnels and loops required
• Proven track record of scaling multi-channel acquisitions with efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and measurable pipeline impact
• Ability to translate data into decisive action required
• Proficient in AI technology, Salesforce and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Proficient in internet operations i.e. cookies/tags, http, performance, DNS, CDNs, etc
• Exceptional analytical skills and technical aptitude
• Excellent project management and marketing campaign skills
• Strong communication skills
• DTC experience a plus
• Experience with Power BI and SQL a plus
• Knowledge/Understanding of marketing automation and enrichment tools (Clearbit/ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Marketo)
