Sales Development Representative

New Reach is a company based in Tempe, Arizona, dedicated to advancing financial literacy through eLearning. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will connect with prospective students, understand their goals, and help them choose the right educational program.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students who are interested in starting or advancing a career in real estate transaction coordination
• Conduct engaging phone or video consultations to understand each prospect’s goals, experience, and motivation
• Clearly explain the value of Top Tier’s Quantum Leap and Luminary programs
• Educate prospects on program benefits, including professional training, business setup support, transaction coordinator certification, live coaching, automation tools, and community access
• Follow up consistently with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process
• Overcome objections professionally and confidently close qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate notes and manage your sales pipeline
• Meet established activity, enrollment, and revenue goals
• Represent the Top Tier brand with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence discussing premium educational programs and asking for the sale
• A motivated, goal-oriented personality with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline
• Ability to connect with people from different professional backgrounds
• Previous sales, enrollment, admissions, coaching, real estate, or high-ticket sales experience is preferred
• Experience with CRM platforms, phone sales, or virtual consultations is a plus
• Familiarity with real estate or transaction coordination is helpful but not required
