Sales Development Representative

PilotPractice is a fast-growing healthcare technology company that helps practices grow through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and engage with healthcare practices to showcase their services.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect healthcare practices through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
• Generate new business opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline within the CRM
• Research prospects and personalize outreach
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
• Meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting goals
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to maximize conversion rates
• Represent PilotPractice professionally in every interaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting experience
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls every day
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience using a CRM is a plus
