Sales Development Representative

Moxie is a global, remote-first team empowering aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable practices. They are seeking two Sales Development Representatives to establish and operationalize outbound sales strategies, collaborating closely with Account Executives to drive engagement and create effective pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Ramp fully on our outbound stack and re-engage a meaningful slice of dormant/past prospects in your pod's book, booking qualified meetings for your AE partners
• Build and own your pod's outbound playbook — messaging, sequences, and channel mix — in partnership with your AE pod, iterating based on results to improve reply and meeting-booked rates over time
• Fully own outbound execution for your pod's territory with minimal oversight, while building a strong working rhythm with your 3 AEs, the other SDR, and Marketing
• Launch a second outbound initiative, such as a new channel or a targeted account-based play for the enterprise segment, and document your playbook well enough for a third SDR to ramp on quickly
• Drive consistent, quantifiable contribution to pod pipeline and closed-won revenue in the enterprise/experienced-operator segment, actively shaping how Moxie thinks about re-engagement and net-new sourcing strategy for the segment
• Work closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations to support event, webinar, faculty training and other community initiatives in pre event preparation and post event follow up to drive pipeline

Requirements:

• Someone who wants real ownership and creative latitude early in their sales career — energized by solving problems, not just running a script
• Comfort operating without a fully built playbook; you'll be creating the process, not inheriting one
• Strong collaborator instincts — this is a team-selling role where you'll co-own strategy with your AE pod, not work in isolation
• Comfort with a modern outbound tech stack (we'll get you fully ramped, but adaptability matters)
• Large experienced operators running successful aesthetic practices or complex-sale exposure is a plus
• Strong generalists and early-career candidates with the right hustle and culture fit
