Product Marketing Manager (Testora)

Gismart is a value-driven mobile app developer with a strong presence in the Health & Wellness, Utilities, and Music app markets. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to conduct market research, generate product growth hypotheses, and analyze growth experiments to drive user engagement and app development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and user research to identify growth opportunities
• Generate and prioritize product growth hypotheses
• Design, run, and analyze growth experiments to validate hypotheses

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering results (we're also happy to consider exceptional candidates with less experience)
• Strong problem-solving skills — you dive deep into problems, identify root causes, and drive solutions from start to finish
• Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable working with product metrics, data-driven hypotheses, and spreadsheets
• Fast learner — you quickly adopt AI and automation tools to accelerate the design, development, and launch of new user journeys
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English
• Entrepreneurial experience
• Degree from a top university (e.g. KSE, KNU, NaUKMA, UCU)
• Interest in psychology
