Full Stack Marketing Manager

Wimmer Solutions is a rapidly growing, venture-backed cybersecurity startup redefining application security through AI-powered penetration testing. They are seeking a Full Stack Marketing Manager to establish the company's market narrative, create demand among enterprise buyers, and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine company messaging, value propositions, and market positioning
• Ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
• Differentiate offerings from traditional application security tools and services
• Create engaging content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, one-pagers, comparison pages, and sales collateral
• Produce content that resonates with both technical security practitioners and executive decision-makers
• Support thought leadership initiatives that strengthen market awareness and credibility
• Own website content, conversion optimization, and landing page development
• Build and update pages using website CMS tools
• Continuously improve user experience and lead conversion performance
• Partner with executive leadership on product launches, go-to-market initiatives, pricing and packaging communication, and sales enablement efforts
• Develop messaging and materials that support revenue generation and customer acquisition
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Track funnel metrics, attribution, campaign performance, and marketing ROI
• Use insights and data to improve conversion rates and allocate resources effectively
• Manage social media presence, newsletters, webinars, virtual events, and conference participation
• Build awareness and engagement within cybersecurity and technology communities
• Maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity
• Coordinate and manage external partners, including agencies, freelancers, designers, SEO specialists, and PR resources
• Ensure projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Proven ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot), website CMS platforms, and analytics tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling messaging for both technical and business audiences
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and marketing impact
• Comfortable working independently and building processes in an early-stage, high-growth environment
• Self-starter with a bias toward action and execution
• Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship
• Experience marketing cybersecurity, developer tools, enterprise software, or other highly technical products is strongly preferred
