Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive

Raydar is a Series A AI company building an enterprise co-pilot for the restaurant industry. They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive to own strategic relationships and close significant deals, while contributing to the development of the enterprise sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle on $500K+ ACV deals, from prospecting and first meeting through business case development, executive alignment, procurement, negotiation, and close
• Sell directly to CFOs, CMOs, and other C-suite buyers at large, publicly traded restaurant brands, building business cases that hold up under serious financial scrutiny
• Generate net new pipeline through strategic outbound, executive networking, and account based selling, rather than managing an inherited book
• Multi-thread across complex buying committees, quarterback deals with real product depth, and run pilots and longer deployments independently
• Carry and beat a quota of $1.5M or more
• Travel 20 to 25% to meet customers on-site, and help write the enterprise sales playbook as the organization scales

Requirements:

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 4+ years closing enterprise deals of $500K ACV or more
• A track record of personally closing $500K+ deals, ideally seven figures, with a war story about owning one end to end
• Carried and hit a $1.5M+ quota for three or more consecutive years
• Experience as an early sales hire at a Series B to D startup, building pipeline and process in an ambiguous environment
• Experience selling complex, multi-persona products across finance, operations, and marketing stakeholders (ERP, BI, data warehousing, or analytics platforms)
• Thorough research and a prepared point of view before every interaction
• Experience selling into restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location retail
• Experience building business cases for publicly traded or similarly scrutinized enterprises
• Minimum three year tenure at at least one previous company
