Business Analyst – Commercial & Corporate Lending | Salesforce FSC

Lakeworth Digital is a company focused on digital transformation within financial institutions. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in banking and financial services, specifically in commercial and corporate lending, to support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations and drive digital lending transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support discovery sessions run by the PO with stakeholders across business and technology groups to gather and document business requirements around Lending and CRM functions
• Translate business processes into current and target state process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user stories for Salesforce FSC based implementation
• Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions are aligned with project scope and business objectives
• Lead and facilitate workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint demos
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights to optimize operational workflows, customer journeys, and digital engagement strategies
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for banking products & services bringing forward industry best practices as they relate to Lending Solution Implementation

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking/financial services industry
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce FSC implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Loan Origination Process — preferably Wholesale Lending
• Experience with Agile methodology, including writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with customer onboarding, deposit opening, lending processes
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend technology-enabled solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. FSC Accreditation, Business Analyst)
• Exposure to system landscape including Core Banking systems, Customer Master etc
• Exposure to latest AI technologies including but not limited to Agentforce
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional environments
