Business Finance Analyst

Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, and they are seeking a Business Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis. In this role, you will work alongside an experienced finance team to help leaders make informed business decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
• Build and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other financial systems
• Partner with operational leaders to explain financial results and support decision-making
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field
• Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience in healthcare or human services
