Performance Marketing Manager - Social

Suited Connector is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager - Social to join their O&O Media Buying Team. This role focuses on creating and optimizing paid social campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to drive conversions and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• You will create from scratch, develop, implement and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Native platforms, etc.) with clear performance goals (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure all assets are optimized for performance
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights
• Run A/B tests and continuously refine targeting, creative and copy to maximize ROI and gross profit
• You will stay ahead of trends, audience preferences, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive
• You will partner with internal teams to bring campaigns to life and align them with business objectives
• Research competitors and industry benchmarks to uncover growth opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social or growth-focused social media management
• Proven track record of managing and scaling social media paid campaigns with measurable ROI
• Understanding of performance marketing KPIs like CVR, CPL, ROAS, differences between bidding strategies like max conversions and tCPA, Highest Value, etc
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, targeting strategies, and attribution models
• Analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
• Creative eye for engaging content, ad copy, and visual storytelling
• Experience with third-party tracking platforms like Voluum, RedTrack, FunnelFlux, or similar
