Customer Service Representative - Medicare

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is a leading healthcare and insurance industry company seeking a Customer Service Representative - Medicare. The role involves handling claims, benefits, and customer inquiries while providing high-quality service and support to Medicare clients.

Responsibilities:

• The Medicare department is open 7 Days a week
• FT Shifts will range from Sunday - Saturday from 8AM - 8:15PM
• This is a 37.5 hour week but OT is offered and sometimes required as needed for over 40 hours
• Training will 8:30AM - 4:45PM Monday through Friday from 8/24/2026 - 11/23/2026
• Candidates must be flexible to work these hours for this role

• Medicare CSRs handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc.and work with customers to solve problems
• This is a 5 star service that the team is looking to uphold
• Tone and empathy are a must for this position

Requirements:

• Call Center Customer Service, inbound calls required (no tele sales or collections) required
• Looking for excellent Customer Focused competencies - seeking service-oriented individuals with strong customer service skills
• Must have empathy and strong problem-solving skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• This is a phone-based position which requires excellent verbal communication; use of proper grammar; professional language/word choice vs casual language/slang; ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
• ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test
• Strong Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
• HS Diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience/call center experience is preferred
• Healthcare industry experience
• Previous Medicare experience highly preferred
• Medical background helpful
