Senior PeopleSoft HCM Business Systems Analysts

Ekfrazo Technologies Private Limited is actively hiring experienced Senior PeopleSoft HCM Business Systems Analysts for multiple long-term remote engagements. The role involves supporting large-scale enterprise HR transformation, accessibility, integration, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 production operations in a large, complex enterprise environment
• Senior-level BSA experience with requirements, functional design, testing, implementation, incident response, and production support
• Strong experience in one or more PeopleSoft HCM areas, including Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, or Absence Management
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues using SQL and functional analysis
• Experience supporting enterprise integrations and cross-functional HR, payroll, accounting, and security processes
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
