Head of Insight and Growth

We’re looking for a Head of Insight and Growth to join our Lottery and Land-Based Gaming Business Unit’s Digital Channels leadership team and elevate data-driven decision-making across our digital ecosystem. This role is full time and permanent. 

In this role, you’ll lead the integration of end-to-end business, behavioral, and digital performance data and insights to deliver deep, actionable intelligence that shapes product, design, and business strategy across our digital channels. You’ll inspire and empower a team of professionals, fostering a culture of experimentation, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous learning - ensuring every player experience is insight-driven, discoverable, and aligned with leading gaming standards, while driving responsible growth and innovation.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of end-to-end business, behavioral, and digital performance data and insights to inform product, design, and business decisions across digital channels.
• Work closely with the central data team and then interpret, organize, and translate gathered data and analytics into actionable insights tailored for the needs of Lottery and Land-Based Gaming digital channels.
• Deliver timely, accessible, and impactful actionable outcome that guide strategy and ensure alignment with leading digital gaming experience standards.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and evidence-based decision-making to drive continuous improvement and validated innovation.
• Ensure clear gathering, documentation, and communication of digital experience performance KPIs, metrics, and personalization requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years leadership experience in large-scale consumer-facing organizations.
• 8+ years in insights, UX research, CX research, or analytics roles
• Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research, behavioral analytics, and CX strategy.
• Strong operational governance experience and ability to scale insights functions.
• Highly experienced in working across digital channels, including native iOS and Android apps, mobile web, and desktop.
• Proven experience in the gaming industry is highly valued
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HCI, or related field.

Our headquarters are located in Helsinki, Finland but the position can be located in any Veikkaus location. We work flexibly in a hybrid model three days per week at the office.
