Growth Marketing Manager

Permitrust is an AI-powered permit intelligence platform that helps various stakeholders understand building permit and zoning requirements. The Growth Marketing Manager will focus on driving user acquisition and engagement through digital marketing strategies and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Permitrust’s permit intelligence platform
• Developing and executing growth strategies across digital channels, including paid and organic campaigns, email marketing, and content-driven initiatives
• Analyzing performance metrics, running A/B tests, and using data to optimize funnels, landing pages, and messaging
• Managing marketing projects and timelines, collaborating with product and operations teams to align growth efforts
• Overseeing marketing automation workflows, and identifying new opportunities to reach target audiences such as homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Growth Marketing and Marketing Automation to design, execute, and optimize scalable growth campaigns
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to interpret data, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions
• Effective Project Management abilities to coordinate marketing initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate across teams
• Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social, email, content) and experimentation frameworks
• Comfort working with data tools and dashboards; ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and audience-focused messaging
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience in B2B or SaaS, preferably in real estate, construction, compliance, or related industries, is beneficial
