Technical Project Manager

ECF Data is an innovative technology company offering Microsoft Cloud Services, and they are seeking a Technical Project Manager specializing in AI application development and cloud transformation. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user adoption strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Led delivery of AI-powered applications leveraging Azure AI Foundry, enabling scalable enterprise use cases including automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows
• Managed end-to-end project lifecycle: requirements, architecture alignment, sprint execution, testing, and deployment
• Directed Azure DevOps implementation, including backlog structuring, sprint planning, and CI/CD pipeline orchestration
• Coordinated cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, business stakeholders, and executives) to deliver solutions on time and within budget
• Designed and executed AI adoption strategies, including pilot programs, user onboarding, and performance measurement frameworks
