About this role
RK&K is expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Site Development Project Manager to lead transformative land development projects in Southern West Virginia as a remote worker from our practice in Keyser, WV. In this leadership role, you’ll manage diverse projects and talented teams, collaborate with clients, and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Lead site and land development projects from concept to completion
- Manage scope, budget, and schedules with precision
- Collaborate directly with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Guide and mentor engineering staff and subconsultants
- Ensure quality control and compliance across all deliverables
- Represent RK&K in community outreach and client meetings
- Oversee construction administration and project approvals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- PE license in WV (or ability to obtain)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in site/land development
- Strong leadership and client engagement skills
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise with local permitting processes and proposal development
