Project Manager – SAP Delivery Lead

Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – SAP Delivery Lead to oversee complex SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives. The role involves managing project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution across multiple functional and technical workstreams
• Drive planning, scope, estimation, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination while partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
• Provide overall governance, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery from solution design through deployment and hypercare
• Support the Nexus Demand Delivery Team supporting SAP Supply Chain initiatives across North America
• Manage intake, planning, and delivery of SAP enhancements and strategic business initiatives across multiple functional areas
• Oversee end-to-end execution of the Nexus demand portfolio and ensure successful project delivery
• Lead delivery of the Nexus demand portfolio, manage project planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks and dependencies, facilitate stakeholder communications, and ensure timely delivery of business initiatives
• Collaborate daily with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, project managers, architects, system integrators, and leadership to drive delivery and resolve issues
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional environment supporting global teams
• Drive stakeholder alignment and improve execution, governance, and delivery outcomes
• Engage with business and IT leadership to deliver strategic business initiatives and enterprise SAP solutions

Requirements:

• 8 years of relevant SAP/enterprise application delivery experience
• Experience leading cross-functional project delivery or managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in SAP or large-scale enterprise transformation environments
• Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and dependency management experience
• Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with global teams
