Hach is part of Veralto, a global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. The Sr. Project Manager will lead complex ERP transformation programs, work with cross-functional teams, and drive the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to modernize enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
- Leading large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and transformation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization
- Managing critical workstreams including data migration, system integrations, testing, cutover planning, risk management, and change management
- Partnering with business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams, and system integrators to drive project execution and business value
- Facilitating Agile planning activities including release planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance
- Driving issue resolution, decision-making, and risk mitigation across multiple cross-functional teams
- Ensuring successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities
- Providing executive-level project communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management
- Leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve delivery execution and business processes
- Supporting global standardization efforts and helping establish scalable enterprise solutions for the future
Requirements:
- 8+ years managing enterprise application implementations projects (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
- 5+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications
- Strong experience with integrations, data migration, and release management
- SDLC expertise (Agile experience)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of AI and Automation solutions (Generative AI, Agentic AI, RPA) and their application in Oracle environments is highly desirable
- Experience with Kaizen process is a plus
- PMP or SAFe agile certification highly desired
