Senior Program Manager, Ops and Tech Integration, Relay Operations Center, Tech and OI

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager III to drive technology integration and process improvements across Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) business lines. In this role, you will lead cross-collaborative initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and serve as a liaison between multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation of new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage comprehensive roadmaps for integrating new technologies and processes across ATS business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and identifying co-dependencies between teams
• Lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives by facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans, and building consensus across diverse teams
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies that streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance through data-driven analysis and metrics tracking
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks by conducting thorough assessments, developing contingency plans, and ensuring timely escalation of critical issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Partner with technical and operational teams to define clear requirements, establish success criteria, and drive the successful delivery of complex projects that span multiple business lines

Requirements:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
