Techolution is the world’s leading FEA – Full Enterprise Automation specialist, and they are seeking a highly driven, customer-focused Senior Program Manager to lead strategic AI and digital transformation projects. The role involves managing complex technology programs for public sector organizations, driving successful outcomes, and expanding client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, and enterprise modernization programs for public sector clients , ensuring successful outcomes against scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion , AI adoption, automation, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives within existing client engagements
- Drive account growth through executive relationship management , cross-sell and upsell opportunities, strategic consulting, and expansion of engagements into larger multi-year programs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building strong executive relationships and guiding strategic technology initiatives from discovery through value realization
- Drive program governance, including planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, issue resolution, and change management across multiple workstreams
- Partner with engineering, AI, product, cloud, and business teams to translate client objectives into executable delivery plans and measurable outcomes
- Facilitate discovery workshops, modernization assessments, business process analysis, and transformation roadmap development
- Monitor program health through KPIs, adoption metrics, ROI tracking, and outcome-based reporting
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers while ensuring accountability across cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with leadership and solution teams to support proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), client presentations, and strategic growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Client Delivery, Engagement Management, Project Management, Technical Account Management, or Digital Transformation leadership roles
- Proven success delivering complex technology programs for public sector organizations, government agencies
- Experience managing AI, cloud, data & analytics, enterprise software, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives, build trusted client relationships, and influence strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of program governance, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and business transformation
- Proven track record of growing client accounts through account expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and follow-on opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
