AI Solutions Engineer

PreSales Collective is a dynamic and expanding healthcare business, seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to deliver AI-driven process automation. The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows, while collaborating with business teams to enhance efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and deploy AI agents capable of executing multi-step business workflows
• Integrate agents with key enterprise systems and ensure solutions are secure, governed and production-ready
• Translate business processes into reusable agent skills and workflows, owning the lifecycle from discovery through to optimisation
• Embed within business functions to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities and rapidly prototype solutions
• Act as the technical owner for real-world implementation, working directly in live environments to deliver measurable outcomes
• Lead the redesign of high-impact processes for agent-led automation and end-to-end process transformation
• Standardise and scale successful solutions across the organisation, measuring impact across efficiency, throughput, quality and experience
• Partner with Product, Engineering, AI and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Contribute to internal agent platform standards, integration components, frameworks and workflow templates that support enterprise adoption
