Sales Development Representative

Certa.ai is a leader in the innovative no-code SaaS workflow space, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying high-value opportunities and translating product capabilities into business outcomes. The role involves strategic prospecting, pipeline management, and becoming an expert in the company's technical offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic prospecting: Identify and research high-potential accounts using a multi-channel approach
• Full ownership: Own pipeline-generating activities in your territory, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives
• Product expertise: Become an expert in our technical value proposition, running initial discovery and qualification calls for high-intent prospects
• Process optimization: Help document playbooks and automate GTM workflows to scale the sales organization

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in a fast-growing startup, finance, consulting, or high-volume sales environment, with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets or quotas
• bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• You take full accountability for your targets and constantly look for ways to improve your process
• You navigate complex organizations and build rapport with diverse stakeholders quickly
• You have a passion for AI/SaaS and aren't afraid to dive into technical details
• You thrive in a high-growth environment and view 'no' as a data point, not a dead end
• You distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and persuasive messaging
• Experience with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is a major plus
