Persado is an innovative Marketing AI platform that empowers marketing teams in highly regulated industries to create and optimize content with speed, compliance, and confidence. They are seeking a Director of Product Management to own a core area of the Persado platform, drive product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for a major product area within the Persado platform
- Translate market, customer, and competitive insight into a clear product vision and a prioritized, executable roadmap
- Lead discovery and delivery end-to-end: define requirements, make scope trade-offs, and ship high-quality product on predictable timelines
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science leadership to align capacity, architecture, and sequencing against product goals
- Work directly with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand user workflows, validate concepts, and measure adoption and impact
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning, launches, enablement, and feedback loops
- Define and track success metrics; use data to inform decisions and communicate progress to executive stakeholders
- Mentor and develop product managers; help raise the bar on product craft across the organization
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product areas or teams at a senior level, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS
- A track record of shipping successful products from ambiguous problem spaces, with measurable customer and business impact
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution; you can write the narrative and the spec
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered products, or a demonstrated ability to build fluency quickly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives, customers, and cross-functional teams
- Comfort with data: defining metrics, interpreting experiments, and making evidence-based decisions
- Experience managing or mentoring product managers is strongly preferred
- Background in marketing technology (MarTech), content generation, personalization, or experimentation platforms
- Experience delivering software for enterprise customers in regulated industries such as financial services or telecom
- Prior experience in a fast-scaling product organization, helping establish product processes, playbooks, and organizational standards
