Realign and further develop the SHUK commercial and private lines within the context of non-life (property & casualty) insurance
Manage and expand the SHUK business area based on profit
and growth-oriented KPIs
Responsible for product development, portfolio management, and strategic advancement of existing product portfolios
Ensure stable, sustainable customer and intermediary (broker/agent) satisfaction
Rehabilitate and optimize existing portfolios with a focus on profitability, growth, and market positioning
Build, maintain, and develop external customer and intermediary relationships as well as internal interfaces
Lead, develop, and motivate assigned staff
Continuously optimize workflows, processes, and structures to increase efficiency
Drive strategically relevant projects in the context of digitalization
Responsible for cost and personnel planning within your area

University degree in economics with a focus on insurance or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in the composite lines (SHUK)
Several years of leadership experience, ideally also in change and transformation environments
Strong sales orientation and excellent understanding of product, portfolio, and market mechanics in the insurance business
Broad knowledge of project management, in particular in scaled agile projects
Enthusiasm for innovation and enjoyment in developing and digitalizing business models
Above-average commitment, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of executional focus
Analytical and conceptual thinking, and the ability to develop even unconventional solution approaches
Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to guide people through change processes
