Voluntary Customer Service Agent (Remote)

Coachit is a transport-based company dedicated to getting passengers around the country at affordable prices. They are seeking individuals to join their team as Voluntary Customer Service Agents to assist with customer queries and support during their initial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Helping solve queries customers might have
• Answering phone calls from customers who call for a number of reasons such as booking additional assistance

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a requirement for communicating with customers
• Access to a computer with stable wifi
