Clearbridge Business Solutions is a people-centric managed and professional services firm with a focus on delivering IT, cybersecurity, AI & automation, marketing, and development services. They are seeking a Senior Customer Development Manager to own the full US sales cycle and build relationships with customers in various essential industries.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Lead complex, consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
- Close managed services agreements and associated project work
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned customers
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure strong outcomes for customers
Requirements:
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience; ideally in Managed IT Services, SaaS, or technology consulting
- Proven success closing complex, consultative deals
- Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly disciplined, self-directed, and results-focused
- Valid driver's licence and passport with ability to travel within WA and BC/AB as needed
- Currently based in the Kent, WA area
- Experience selling into transportation, construction, manufacturing, or healthcare verticals
- Familiarity with managed services or recurring revenue models
- Existing network in the greater Kent/South King County market
