Senior Social Media Project Manager

BM Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. They are seeking a Senior Social Media Project Manager to manage and grow their internal Facebook page network by creating engaging content and supporting the marketing team in audience growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Facebook pages and ensure consistent daily activity and posting
• Create and publish engaging content including images, and text posts tailored to the page category
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages while maintaining positive interactions with followers
• Monitor engagement metrics including likes, shares, comments, reach, and follower growth
• Identify high-performing content and replicate successful formats to improve engagement
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with social media trends and identify opportunities for content growth
• Ensure pages follow Facebook policies and maintain proper structure, branding, and organization

Requirements:

• Familiar with social media management or content creation
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to identify engaging content ideas and adapt content for different audiences
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, social media tools, and online platforms for scheduling and reporting
• Genuine interest in social media, digital content, and audience engagement
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
• Currently studying marketing or communications
• Basic understanding of Facebook and social media trends
