TOYZEROPLUS is seeking a US Channel Business Development Manager to develop and grow the company's presence across US distribution and retail channels. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners—including distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms—in alignment with brand and IP strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners across US distribution, retail, and e-commerce
- Manage partner relationships to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Monitor partner performance against targets and report on key metrics
Requirements:
- Proven Channel Sales experience with a track record of managing and growing revenue through US channel partners
- Demonstrated success in sales pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure within consumer goods, toys, or related industries
- Experience in US retail, distribution, or e-commerce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills; able to operate independently in a remote capacity
- Familiarity with collectibles, licensing, or IP-driven brands
