MavenAI is a profitable, growth-stage company focused on building AI and data products for the PropTech space. They are seeking a strategic Account Executive to drive sales for their Marketing Automation Suite, managing the entire sales process and building relationships with multifamily owners and operators.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales journey, from initial account-level strategy and prospecting to final closing
- Handle all aspects of formal proposals, pricing structures, and contract negotiations
- Lead customers through the transition from prospect to active user, ensuring a smooth sales conversion process
- Execute a high volume of outreach via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person presentations to drive new business
- Act as the primary point of contact and a trusted multifamily market expert for all new customers
- Represent the company at industry events and travel for face-to-face customer meetings as needed
- Work closely with the Sales Development (SDR) and Customer Success teams to ensure lead quality and long-term retention
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on the multifamily industry to support internal strategy and enhance external credibility
