About this role
Role Overview
You are responsible for the entire B2B sales cycle, from the first qualified lead to closing.
You win over decision-makers, navigate stakeholder structures, and close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at various levels: office management, HR, procurement, facilities, and executive leadership.
Work closely with the team on account planning and targeted qualification of the outbound pipeline.
Conduct on-site tastings at customer locations as part of the sales process and to strengthen customer relationships.
Independently manage your pipeline and all relevant processes in HubSpot.
Actively share knowledge within the team and continuously improve our shared sales approach.
Represent ReDrink at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
Requirements
Relevant experience in B2B sales with a clear hunter profile.
Strong stakeholder management: you align differing interests toward a common goal.
Active listening as a core competency, because strong deals start with the right questions.
Resilience and perseverance, as a “no” is often just a “not yet.”
Structured, conscientious working style with attention to detail, even in complex sales cycles.
Native-level German and fluent English.
