They are seeking a Lead Recruiter to partner with technical and company leadership to identify and recruit high-caliber talent across various functions, emphasizing a proactive and creative approach to sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and GTM
- Build and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage top talent
- Develop deep pipelines through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and talent mapping
- Manage candidates through the full interview process, including screening, scheduling and coordination, calibration, offer management, and closing
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on profiles, calibrate candidates, and drive searches forward
- Continuously test and refine sourcing approaches, messaging, interview processes, and recruiting tools to improve conversion and quality
- Bring insights from the market back to the team and inform hiring strategy, compensation expectations, and talent availability
- Help elevate recruiting at Enigma by sharing best practices, improving processes, and contributing to a strong recruiting culture
