They are seeking a Salesforce Account Executive who is driven and motivated to help clients achieve digital transformation through Salesforce, while building trusted relationships and managing a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within our target markets (Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, and others)
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new logo opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients by deeply understanding their business needs and showcasing Demand Chain’s Salesforce capabilities
- Partner closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, and executive sponsors to shape innovative, tailored solutions
- Represent Demand Chain’s values and vision in the marketplace, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Leverage Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report key metrics
- Stay informed on Salesforce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position Demand Chain as a thought leader and trusted partner
Requirements:
- 3+ years of inside and/or outside Salesforce sales experience, ideally in professional services
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business and consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage high-volume prospecting and deal cycles
- Confident and polished communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Collaborative and coachable; thrives working alongside brilliant solution architects and delivery teams
- Required: being highly knowledgeable about Salesforce products, ecosystem, and our competitive landscape
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
