The Buildings and Systems Engineering Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting, calibrating, and adjusting plant floor devices to maintain optimal performance of equipment and assist in resolving daily operational issues.
Responsibilities:
- Addresses inquiries and needs from internal customers
- Reacts promptly to facility alarms and emergency situations
- Identifies and resolves issues as they occur
- Conducts routine maintenance to prevent potential problems
Requirements:
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9:30PM-6:00AM
- Must be able to reside within the job location or willing to relocate on own
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Capable of reading and interpreting electrical schematics and basic diagrams
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification from an international institution
- Experience in programming, troubleshooting, basic network knowledge, motor control theory, and operations, including fundamental AC and DC electrical troubleshooting
