Vice President of Engineering & Product Development

The Vice President of Engineering & Product Development will lead the transformation of product vision into market-leading software, overseeing software engineering across various domains and driving innovation in AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Translate executive vision into scalable, enterprise-ready software products by leading product execution from concept through commercialization. Ensure delivery of high-quality software on aggressive timelines while maintaining engineering excellence, and build intuitive, secure, and scalable solutions that are highly differentiated within the healthcare technology market
• Lead engineering through startup and high-growth phases by developing technology that enables rapid go-to-market execution. Partner with executive leadership to prioritize features that drive competitive differentiation and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market demand, and commercial objectives while supporting product launches, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and enterprise deployments
• Lead engineering efforts focused on advancing AI-powered recruiting and intelligent automation, including conversational AI, agentic workflows, predictive analytics, machine learning solutions, large language model integrations, voice AI technologies, and advanced workforce analytics
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support enterprise opportunities, technical presentations, and customer demonstrations. Communicate product value and competitive differentiation, ensure strong client adoption and satisfaction, and provide technical leadership during strategic client and executive engagements
• Contribute to product roadmap development by evaluating emerging technologies and market trends, recommending enhancements to strengthen competitive positioning, and balancing speed-to-market with enterprise-grade quality and scalability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 12 years of progressive software engineering experience
• Minimum 7 years leading software engineering teams
• Demonstrated success building enterprise SaaS products from concept to commercial launch
• Experience in startup or high-growth technology companies
• Proven experience scaling engineering organizations through periods of rapid growth
• Track record of delivering products that achieved measurable customer adoption and commercial success
• Master's degree is preferred in these areas
