SQUAD is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. The role involves leading the entire enterprise sales cycle and collaborating with various teams to identify and win high-value business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from strategic identification and qualification through complex contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain a robust, high-value sales pipeline within target verticals
- Analyze emerging industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Collaborate with Brand & Marketing, Engineering, Delivery, and Management teams
- Create compelling proposals, advanced deal structures, and case studies
- Represent the company at major industry events
- Supervise business development and sales representatives
- Maintain CRM data hygiene with accurate pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in Tech
- Experience selling enterprise solutions or services
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot), Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar tools
- Experience with AI tools for research, prospecting, and outreach tasks
- Experience creating compelling proposals and deals for enterprise clients
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness and ability to travel for industry events and ecosystem engagements
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Experience in technology, AI, IoT, cybersecurity, or engineering services industries
- Experience with partner network management platforms (AWS Partner Network)
- Experience with BANT, SPIN, MEDDPICC
- Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives
- Proven track record of public speaking or thought leadership
- Possesses an active, high-leverage network of enterprise contacts, technical domain experts, and established tech communities
