Social Media Marketing Intern

The Molo Group is a creative marketing agency that helps organizations clarify their brand message. They are seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to support social media activities across multiple client accounts, draft posts, assist with content creation, and monitor engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts
• Drafting and publishing posts
• Assisting with content calendar creation and implementation
• Monitoring engagement
• Help research trends
• Gather assets
• Collaborate with the team to develop content that aligns with each client’s strategy and voice
• Track basic performance metrics
• Contributing campaign ideas
• Maintaining brand consistency across every channel

Requirements:

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation — planning, producing, and scheduling engaging posts
• Understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals and key performance metrics
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills — you'll collaborate with team members, present ideas clearly, and adapt messaging for different audiences and client brands
• Comfortable working remotely and staying organized with minimal in-person oversight
• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google My Business) and basic analytics tools
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines closely
• Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
