Social Media Marketing Intern

Nello June is a premium knitwear brand founded in 2024 in Carlsbad, CA, creating luxurious everyday pieces and dresses designed for life’s most special moments. They are seeking a Social Media & Brand Marketing Intern to support the brand’s social media presence through content creation, planning, and executing social posts.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with photoshoots and visual content
• Supporting content capture
• Brainstorming creative campaigns
• Identifying social media trends
• Helping bring the Nello June brand story to life across digital platforms
• Assist with planning photoshoots
• Creative coordination
• Supporting marketing initiatives around campaigns and product launches

Requirements:

• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Interest in social media marketing, branding, and digital marketing strategy
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to generate engaging content and marketing ideas
• Familiarity with social media trends, engagement strategies, and basic analytics
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Passion for fashion and brand storytelling
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Media, or a related field and eligible to receive school credit
• Knowledge of video editing or graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus
• Carlsbad, CA preferred for one intern available for occasional in-person photoshoots. Remote candidates are also welcome, particularly those based in Los Angeles, New York City, or Miami
