BSBA Leadership Fellow – Social Media & Brand Marketing (2)

The Black Sports Business Academy (BSBA) exists to enhance learning experiences and career outcomes for HBCU students and other aspiring leaders pursuing careers in the sports and entertainment industry. They are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Brand Marketing Fellow to help strengthen and elevate the organization's digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics and visual content for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Draft, schedule, and publish social media content
• Maintain and execute BSBA's social media content calendar
• Design promotional materials for events, programs, partnerships, and organizational initiatives
• Monitor social media channels and actively engage with followers, alumni, partners, and prospective members
• Track engagement, reach, and audience growth while providing recommendations for improvement
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital communications
• Identify opportunities to tell the stories of BSBA students, alumni, partners, and organizational impact

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Strong interest in sports, entertainment, leadership development, and social impact
• Experience using Canva or comparable design software
• Demonstrated graphic design and visual storytelling skills
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Portfolio showcasing previous design and/or social media work is required
