Account Director

Layer Health is a company founded by leading machine learning researchers from MIT and Harvard Medical School, focused on building an AI layer to synthesize information from medical records. They are hiring an Account Director to lead partnerships with enterprise customers, ensuring successful adoption of their AI infrastructure in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts with accountability for retention, expansion, and customer success
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across clinical, operational, and technology domains
• Build expansion strategies aligned to customer priorities and strategic initiatives, grounded in measurable value
• Develop multi-threaded executive relationships across C-suite, IT, clinical operations, and transformation teams
• Lead account planning, QBRs, forecasting, and deal strategy with rigor and executive clarity
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to accelerate time-to-value and remove friction
• Translate customer needs into actionable product insights that inform roadmap and GTM strategy
